How to place an order?
To place an order, you can use the form on our website: Place an order.
You can also place an order by sending us an email. It should include the following information:
– a description of the products you wish to order
– your last name and first name
– your email address
– the address where you will receive your packages
We will answer you as soon as possible, and we will indicate in return and when we have all the necessary information:
– the price of your order
– the price of the shipping costs
– an estimate of the shipping time (according to availability, the options chosen, the number of orders in progress).
After confirming all these details together, we will send you an invoice to be paid with Paypal (cards are accepted, payment in 3 installments is possible if you are eligible with Paypal).
We will contact you a few days before shipping your package by UPS to check with you your availability for receipt.
We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than processing your request. We will not send you advertisements without your consent, and we will not share your information with third parties.
Shipping
Shipments are handled by UPS. An estimated shipping cost will be provided in the quote; however, the final amount may vary if UPS adjusts its prices between the date of the quote and the actual shipping date. In any case, you will be billed the exact amount charged by UPS for handling your package.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies. We will notify you before your package is shipped and provide you with tracking information. Please ensure that you are available at the designated location and date as specified by the carrier.
Payment
Once you have approved the quote, we will send you an invoice to be paid prior to shipment.
To provide a secure and straightforward payment experience, we use services provided by PayPal. You may pay via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal account, or in four installments with no fees (subject to eligibility with PayPal).
Can I cancel an order?
Different cases apply:
– If you ordered an in-stock model without customization or modification, the order can be canceled as long as it has not been shipped.
– If you pre-ordered an out-of-stock model without customization or modification, the order can be canceled as long as it has not been shipped, but the refund will be limited to 80% of the total order amount.
– In cases where your order includes modifications or customizations, cancellation and refund are not possible.
Can I modify an order?
Once an order has been validated, modifications can no longer be accommodated. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider alterations if feasible, excluding customized, personalized, or pre-ordered products.
Return Policy
In accordance with legislation, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period. Customers wishing to return their product must contact us to validate their request and should return the product promptly after receiving our approval.
Only products eligible for cancellation are eligible for potential withdrawal (see the order cancellation section for more details).
Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the returned product by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss until the product is handed over to our services.
Any damage or deterioration may result in a deduction from the refund. If a product is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale, the refund will be denied, and any related costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Fees and Customs Duties
Deliveries are handled by UPS.
An estimate of the shipping fees will be provided on the quote. Depending on the time between the quote and delivery, these fees may be adjusted by the carrier and reflected in the invoice we send to you. We will charge you exactly what the carrier charges us at the time of shipment.
We ship all packages from France in compliance with French and European legislation. The buyer is responsible for adhering to the laws of their country, and we cannot be held liable for any non-compliance with your country’s legislation. The listed shipping fees do not include potential customs charges if you reside outside the European Union. We recommend checking with your local postal service to understand any applicable customs fees and ensure compliance with the current laws in your country of residence.

By purchasing our products, the customer agrees to comply with the applicable laws in both France and their home country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products and services ordered from CherryMaou SAS are permitted in their country. CherryMaou cannot be held liable for any violations of the laws and regulations in the customer’s country.
